For sure. Yeah, not a vegan here, either (I am lactose intolerant and hate eggs, but otherwise I'll still eat honey, lactose-free cheese, etc.)
Yeah, the "natural flavor" thing gets me all the time, too. I know some can come from plants, but others not. 🤷♀️

It's typically made with anchovies. 😬
