Please go through with challenging him. My wallet is ready and waiting to back you. The grass roots are with you in this even if our leaders aren't

Lol. It was also one of O'Connor's big donors that locked in my decision to vote for gainey. It was some big real estate developer who was basically saying he's pissed that gainey and his staff don't "answer the phone"

Ie no pay to play politics
Corey O’Connor’s people sent out a mailer accidentally highlighting the mayor’s successful work with housing.

Not all good news today. While Dems improved on key fights, @fetterman.senate.gov & Welch still crossed party lines to confirm Turner as HUD Secretary.

PA & VT folks—call or visit their offices tomorrow. Hold them accountable.

Tonight is a big deal. Honestly, Senators rarely do what they're doing tonight. If your Senator(s) speaks (we'll get you a list tomorrow—but check their Bluesky!), they deserve a big thank you because they're starting to do what you asked them to do! Positive reinforcement is SO important, folks.

When I was a Hill staffer in 2009, a Dem trifecta was trying to pass universal healthcare. In response, Senate GOP released a memo detailing all of the tactics they in the minority could use to delay the effort as much as possible. I'm recirculating that 2009 GOP memo here. Take inspiration from it.
