So today ended up being a really great day to check out a few new jazz albums; lots of variety from traditional piano trio from Sullivan Fortner, to some really out-there stuff on Trio of Bloom, and some great sounds from Patricia Brennan (which has the bonus of it being fun to say ‘marimbist’)

So today ended up being a really great day to check out a few new jazz albums; lots of variety from traditional piano trio from Sullivan Fortner, to some really out-there stuff on Trio of Bloom, and some great sounds from Patricia Brennan (which has the bonus of it being fun to say ‘marimbist’)

Had a really nice time at the Trolley Museum last night checking out the different trolley and trains and taking a low-20-degrees ride on an open air trolley for the light display

Just planted the cloves for next year’s harvest. Did a full bed this time, so that’s 60 cloves planted by hand and given a little pat as they were buried away. Ran the lawnmower a tiny bit to get some grass/leaves for mulch
