gyarados obvious, lake of rage johto, dratini I actually got one myself, you get it from beating all of white treehollow. So that just leaves axew and ditto. I know you can't get axew guaranteed anywhere, but you can get shiny haxorus. But ditto you can get with a mimic glitch in gen 1/2 games.
