Went to the UK Games Expo over the weekend. Was even more crazy busy than last year. Played some fun games with old friends, acquired some more (my shelf space is running somewhat low) and saw some good comedy shows. Good times.

First game of Clank in Space. Won by a single point, and the person in third place lost by a single point.

As games go, kind of close.

Great Western Trail New Zealand. Of the three versions of Great Western Trail (or four if you count both editions of the base GWT) this seems the heaviest and the biggest change from the original game. Not sure that it's my favourite, but it does have the most setup and gameplay options.

Another evening, another game of Ark Nova. Whilst I generally aim to score the most points in this game, my wife's goal is generally to draw and play a wombat card. This does not mean that I am frequently victorious. Indeed I wasn't today.
