So far, it's "a limited operation merely to arrest Maduro." That will have about the same effect as the arrest of El Chapo had on his cartel. (His sons took it over.) So far, Trump has done nothing to help the actual people of Venezuela. All the crooks below Maduro are still doing crooked things.
Either it was a limited operation merely to arrest Maduro and move on, or, it is an ongoing major regime change committment that will open up a transition including international and private sector partners. It really can't be both
