I happened across this variation last year when I discovered I was out of pickles. I did have olive salad, so subbed that and a bit of champagne vinegar topped with smoked paprika. Fabulous. Go make you some. 🤗

I pretty much just make a big batch of mashed potatoes and crumble one box of Boursin per 6 servings along with the butter and cream. It’s decadent.
