Interestingly there’s at least one homeowner on 14th putting in what looks like a DADU on the west side at Valley. Those larger lots might be getting a bit more dense.

Lucky for you the tea industry does not entirely revolve around my tastes.

There are MANY reasons why we don’t effectively treat industrial wastewater, but primarily economic and regulatory vs ability to actually do it.

And we have to look HARD at other industrial and agricultural use when we work to change those regulations and economic triggers.
