I don't. Poor people have poor access to justice, that's true - wrong but true. But there must be a limit to that. A couple of... what could we call them? High profile, high value orgs? like the WI and GG are not legally defenceless.

It's the numbers of people saying "Well what could they do? They're up against infinite amounts of money so how could they possibly actually win a court case" that frightens me.
It seems to be the consensus that if a rich person sues then you've lost. Is it true? If I thought so I'd run. Today.

I'm not well up on the rules for grounds for appeal.
I'm putting off reading the body of the judgement but I was surprised they even tried for harassment given the status of the tribunal.
On the other hand, that's maybe where they're going next, in order to target trans people directly
