Sorry, I'm not letting any fantasised notions of Girlguiding UK being destroyed by TERF legal action fly. They are huge with £50+million in assets and £10+million in reserves. They could have fought this and not been destroyed by a loss!

I do not think it is admirable for an organization or entity to make the choice to ensure that only trans children suffer. If there is a choice in existing as an instrument of the targeted assault on trans existence, I would say that those who allow themselves to be an instrument have chosen poorly.

It's actually very well placed compared to much smaller charities. They are huge with assets of £50+million and reserves of £10+million, as well as huge societal and political support. Discrimination payouts aren't that huge! Please don't let them off the hook.

Sorry no, but if organisations just fold preemptively then that’s it, feminism is getting steamrollered. There’s no pressure on the government to do anything if the groups involved just let it happen. They could have made the guides all-inclusive or fought and told parents what was going on.

One thing I don't think some cis allies quite get is, when someone says cis women need spaces away from trans women THEY'RE CALLING US RAPISTS.
