Basically any nontender candidate player the Twins traded for today, my first reaction is “couldn’t they have gotten to them via waivers at the 4 spot?”
I don’t hate the trade for an all-glove backup catcher, but I’d prefer it wasn’t Eeles. And it saves what, 2M on a backup C?
