I remember when Schumer refused to bring the Military Justice Improvement Act to the floor. It had 66 yes votes. I never got an answer as to why. They ended up watering it down and folding it into the NDAA.

I support use of drones in journalism. When 9 drone operators were wrongfully arrested last year, I was all over LAPD, LA City Attorney, and the Mayor. So as one of the biggest drone advocates in Los Angeles, let me be clear:
