There's a certain threshold of Vtubers I'm allowed to follow and interact with before certain feeds become vtuber-specific.

Neat Feature if you're new! 'More feeds' isn't JUST genre stuff like art or video games, it has 'features' like 'mutuals' or 'mentions' that let you filter your browsing on the fly!! Great for if you follow a bunch of people casually, but really wanna see your friends posts sometimes!
