a lot of people are finally waking up to the importance of the 3rd amendment. As a 3A absolutist, i think it should be illegal for soldiers to be quartered anywhere in this country. they should be camping under the open sky at all times. all military bases and barracks are unconstitutional.

it's random, or kinda random selection, like regular jury duty. but it's also easy for prosecutors to get indictments because they just have to show that they have some evidence for the charge, and nobody gets to rebut them or argue with them.
