The entire West comes together to reject the Dmiriev 28-point plan to which Trump affixed his name. This would appear to mark the absolute modern low point of US diplomatic influence on he world stage.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But it seems that Russia just wrote foreign policy for USA.
Yesterday on Times Radio, general Ben Hodges said that 28 points document, which is circulating as USA-Russia peace plan, was originally written in Russian and translated to English. It wouldn't be surprising at all.
