As I'm learning unmasking and being truer to myself and unearthing the parts I've buried I'm realizing how much that sort of "intrinsically annoyed at the way another person is existing" feeling can often be a fear response of "they're doing something I've internalized as dangerous"

Your gender identity should only ever be the concern of yourself and your ability to express who you are. There should be no pressure to express or identify a certain way just because some catty bitches think their lives are ruined if you don't conform to their preconceived notions of your identity

We can apply this logic to rightly call out the attitude of cis family members "mourning" us when we transition.

Don't fall for it yourself when somebody you thought was a binary trans woman turns out to be non-binary.

I am very tired of seeing folks in the trans community assign moral worth and determine how "principled" somebody is by whether or not the subject of their judgement adopts a strictly binary transfeminine identity.
