I hear the President has decreed that it is possibly a crime to refer to Americans as "fascists," but "fascism" is a word that has a relatively clear meaning that's worth understanding. Here's how an official publication of the US Army defined "fascism" in 1945.
The central point is that when fascism came to America it wouldn't call itself that, nor would it be wearing a swastika. It would call itself "patriotic" and "100% American."

We all know things suck, so I will just post some photos from my outings this summer. This one is from Boulder Mountain (Utah) along Hwy. 12 that runs between Bryce Canyon NP and Capitol Reef NP - likely the most beautiful drive in Utah. This is the view down into Capitol Reef.

@mlb.com - new rule. If pitchers leave the pen for one of these... bench clearers... and no punches are thrown (if they're there defending their guy, that's something legit), they have to pitch their next inning wearing a propeller beanie or something else equally ridiculous. Either fight or don't.

Sunday night I (amateur cello player) got to play a pops concert - including the 1812 Overture with cannons! - next to the duck pond at Weber State University (Ogden, Utah). During the sound check, this little guy landed on the bow of the lady in front of me - so cool!
