Re traffic offences.

How many of the actual number of offences whereby a car driver knocks over a cyclist actually goes before court.

Anecdotally, the bar seems to be set v high before a prosecution is submitted.

Hence this matter isn’t given enough attention.

The Spectator writes about Britain’s decline, forgetting to mention the outstanding contribution of this state of affairs by its new editor Michael Gove.
Being British is depressing because we Britons are the first globally hegemonic people to witness the decline and extinction of our world-ruling empire in little more than a generation.
