The Mormon church just filed a Supreme Court amicus brief (comments). It says that the protections that I received from a Supreme Court ruling that protected me five days after I came out of Transgender to Intermountain healthcare have a chilling effect on religious freedom and should be eliminated.

Heritage Foundation has released an absolutely insane policy proposal to label all trans people as domestic terrorists. It uses completely made up instances of terrorism and made up statistics but facts don't matter to them.

They want us all eradicated.

1. Anti-trans rhetoric heated up yesterday on the far-right, with two congresspeople and major Republican figures calling for the institutionalization of trans people.

Both Reps Nancy Mace and Ronny Jackson made such calls. Musk, Loomer, and Walsh echoed them.

People astonished that the killer’s grandmother was more upset at the idea that anyone in their family would ever be anything but right-wing than that he murdered someone.

Me: Tell me you’ve never been in Utah (other than downtown SLC) without telling me you’ve never been the larger part of Utah.

1. The HHS Appropriations Bill is out and it contains several devastating anti-trans provision.

It would bar federal funding for trans youth and adult care nationwide, which could be used to bar hospitals from providing it at all.
