I've got a YES Clothing hoodie that I stole from my brother ~32 years ago, and the only thing that needs repairing on it is the ribbing on the cuffs that are just starting to split at the folded edge. It's barely even pilled.

I do the same when my joint pain gets bad, and if I can manage on just one, I still try to alternate which I'm taking just to spread the organ strain around. (there are very few days where I am not taking at least one or the other, and I figure that's the best way to minimize the risks)
