I understand why these stories exist but it’s important to be clear that he’s not “saving” 16 billion, he’s choosing, personally, without oversight, to wipe out 16 billion dollars of government services to veterans and the disabled and food safety etc etc

Der Berliner Senat kündigt heute an, 12,5 Mio. € für eine einzige NFL-Partie in Berlin ausgeben zu wollen. Gleichzeitig wollen CDU und SPD öffentliche Mittel für Kitas und Spielplätze um 12,1 Mio. € kürzen. #Prios #Bildung
und Touchdown! Die NFL kommt 2025 nach Berlin. Die Anzeichen hatten sich zuletzt schon verdichtet, nun ist der Football nach Tagesspiegel-Informationen endgültig in der Berliner Endzone gelandet. Sportsenatorin Iris Spranger (SPD) wird die Entscheidung heute gemeinsam mit dem General Manager der NFL Deutschland Alexander Steinforth offiziell bei einem Pressetermin bekannt geben. Berlin lässt sich das einiges Kosten. Bis zu 12,5 Millionen Euro will der Senat für das Spiel im kommenden Jahr investieren. Nicht zuletzt ins Olympiastadion. Die NFL legt selbst nochmal bis zu 50 Millionen Euro drauf. Damit wären die Ausgaben bis 2029 gedeckt – wenn denn dann noch in Berlin gespielt wird. Mit dem investierten Geld würde man auch „Wertschöpfung in der Region halten“, erklärte Staatssekretär Christian Hochgrebe (SPD) schon vergangenen Donnerstag im Abgeordnetenhaus. Finanzsenator Stefan Evers (CDU) hat da offenbar Zweifel, wenn wir seine Blicke richtig deuten (hier im Video-Mitschnitt der Sitzung). München, hält Hochgrebe dagegen, habe mit einer NFL-Partie 2022 aber ganze 70 Millionen Euro an Stadtrendite erwirtschaftet. Nur sind solche Berechnungen oft flatterhaft wie ein Football in der Luft. Und was denken Sie? CDU und SPD und Berlin haben sich am Freitagabend bei einer Spitzenrunde auf finale Einsparungen im kommenden Jahr verständigt. Zahlreiche Sparvorgaben wurden aufgehoben bzw. abgeschwächt. Allerdings wird zur Gegenfinanzierung in anderen Bereichen stärker gekürzt. So wird das bisher rund 28,3 Millionen Euro schwere Kita- und Spielplatzsanierungsprogramm um fast ein Drittel zusammengestrichen. Das macht im nächsten Jahr gut 12,1 Millionen Euro weniger. Die Koalition begründet die Kürzung damit, dass für die Vorhaben keine ausreichenden Planungen in den Bezirken vorliegen und somit auch keine Umsetzung möglich wäre.

13-year-old rug pulls crypto token, then faces retaliation A 13-year-old known as the "Gen Z Quant kid," created a token called QUANT and executed a rug pull, making $30,000. In retaliation, various people in the cryptocurrency world executed a "revenge pump" — pumping up the price of the token after the kid cashed out, causing him to miss out on potential gains. Worse, they then found the child's identity, and published his address and the school he attended. They also identified his mother, and began leaving hateful comments on her Instagram account. Rumors also emerged that a member of the cryptocurrency community dognapped the child's dog, then launched a memecoin based on the animal.

Als "unkooperativ" gilt man übrigens z.B. wenn man krank ist und zwar eine Krankschreibung hat, aber keine *Wegeunfähigkeitsbescheinigung* für exakt den Tag, an dem der Termin stattfinden soll. Die kostet übrigens 15€. Solche Fälle häufen sich gerade bei @sanktionsfrei.bsky.social
Arbeitsaentur geht härter gegen Bürgergeld Empfänger vor, die nicht kooperieren. Falls ein Bürgergeld Empfänger Termine versäumt oder Arbeit ablehnt, kann er künftig zu einem 1 € Job verdonnert werden.
