It will probably collapse with the inevitable release of the Epstein files. With the sheer amount of chicanery suddenly revealed, everyone will start recognizing similar patterns in the financing of AI and hilarity will ensue, and legions of lawyers and accountants will start the cleanup.

I was working an entire essay on this very notion this summer and this is reminding me I should pick it back up. TL;DR - every price is someone else's income and whether prices going down on something is "good" depends a whole lot on what you do for a living.

For the record, he has a JD, was a constitutional lawyer for the ADF (rightwing group behind 303 Creative, the Colorado gay cake case, and current conversion therapy one), and was even dean of a law school that never opened (shady).
