#Constitution Bivens (1971) let people sue federal agents for violating constitutional rights, but the Supreme Court’s 2022 decision in Egbert v. Boule has made such lawsuits nearly impossible—federal agents are now almost completely immune from civil liability. TRUMP'S PARAMILITARY TROOPS INCLUDED.

This an important step in protecting the 14th amendment's birth-right citizensip from Retrumplican assault. We'll see if SCOTUS is willing to revert to the kind of thinking that led to the Dred Scott decision that blacks were categorically not citizens, overturned by the 14th's grant of citizenship.
