Reuters photographer Jonathan Ernst noticed that Bondi flipped open a file during the Senate hearing and he zoomed in.

Inside were her crib notes for attacking the senators.

The GOP now practicing Cliff's Notes Fascism

In other words, under oath Bondi was purely a performance.

LOL. When he put out that 'Carney uses a lot of slogans' vid, for a moment I thought 'Does PP actually have a sense of humour?' (assuming he HAD to be joking, given he's known as 'Slogan Boy') but now the guy who LOST THE ELECTION & HIS SEAT is saying 'No more losing' without a touch of irony? 😵‍💫

They'll be breaking the conditions and crying "victim" within days.

So much for austerity bringing greater efficiency.

But I guess Ford's caucus of scofflaws saves big on avoided fines.

Meanwhile, our roads become less safe.

The Venn diagram of urban density and average household GHG emissions is pretty much a circle. Interesting study on “Mapping household GHG emissions in the Greater Golden Horseshoe” from the University of Toronto School of Cities schoolofcities.utoronto.ca/mapping-hous...

The more Hoekstra continues to offend Canadians, the stronger our resistance to Trumpism becomes. Best to just play along because the penny may never drop.

These Toronto Police officers could have used the adjacent parking spot, but instead are blocking a busy bike lane in rush hour.

A stream of cyclists bumping over the curb to get around the SUV.

Two officers watching this happen.

This was one of the weaknesses of the 'ironic appropriation' strategy in '80s culture: it became too easy to slip inside traditional positions while pretending to be ironic about them.

Ford also conveniently forgets that bicycle lanes are a road safety measure.

This is going to cost so much more money than they think, and is going to be such an epic failure that it's going to be a national scandal around ongoing bilingualism.

Yes. I’ve been on that route many times. Frequent delays to wait for freight which has priority. Needs a whole new track.

That branch line down to Brockville is a curious detail.

"You could leave the room. Of course, there goes your rank. There goes your future."

Would a real mafia boss be so unsubtle or is that just in the movies?

Sorry, I confused the high frequency service plan with high speed service.

Upgrading the existing Toronto-Montreal lines would be great. It will require the cooperation of CN, which owns the tracks, which is probably the biggest obstacle.

Ontario: 57K HTA tickets withdrawn in 2019, 250K in 2024! 2 of our clients explained how charges for the drivers who seriously injured them were withdrawn for no good reason. Each and every Ontarian should be shocked about the state of our courts. Justice not served:

Long overdue! And still about 10 years from being in service.

Meanwhile....

And the reason the court system is overloaded is because the Ford Cons won’t fund it adequately.

Justice is denied so Doug’s rich friends can pay even fewer taxes.
