Incredibly, CBS News 60 Minutes show just ran a piece on the Venezuela incursion without a single interview with any of the thousands of legal experts and legislators challenging its legality. I guess that's Bari Weiss's idea of waiting until 'both sides' weigh in.

Today, after months of requests, I toured the Broadview ICE Processing Facility. I want to share what I saw.
The facility has no food vendor, no medical care, and detainees have to use toilets in the middle of shared cells. These are in no way suitable conditions to be holding anyone — period.

There is actually a chance that the California redistricting will be upheld, and the Texas redistricting set aside because of the way the Texas legislation was introduced (and statements made in the legislative history) which the federal court relied upon in striking down the TX map.
