This started out as a little thought way back in early 2024 between @normanvanrhijn.bsky.social and I, and turned into a full on review! We hope it proves useful to the community.

Abby Potton is studying morphological heterogeneity of Cryptococcus neoformans in my lab. This image shows the full range of cell sizes, from large polyploid titan cells, to yeast, to the small but mighty titanide, all important for how this fungus causes disease.

A great week at #BMS2025 with some fantastic mycological research going on! Really enjoyed getting to present my poster on how manogepix alters Candida albicans immune recognition! Some great representation from @mrccmm.bsky.social, and loved getting to meet so many great people!
