Given the cost of living, I don't really think a $25k grant makes a dent in what most city employees need to buy a home. This program only benefits the three people who could afford to buy anyway.

Australian politicians might want to look at banning algorithms that set rents and price fix. A practice America has now banned due to its anti-competitive and predatory approach to tenants incomes as theirs to gouge. Housing is a vital need, but not the only expense in people’s lives. #housing
