Well, at least my meniscus is okay.

1. At least high-grade partial ACL tear. Likely associated contusions of the
femoral condyles and proximal posterior tibia.
2. Grade 1 MCL injury with periligamentous edema.
3. Small-to-moderate joint effusion.

I use Pinterest a lot. It’s gotten way worse over the years because of ai slop but I’ve got decade+ old boards filled with clothing inspo, art tutorials, pose references etc. The lack of attribution is really bad though.

And the amount of AI slop is terrible.

It can be incredibly hard to see your progress when recovering from depression or burnout. The whole world keeps demanding certain benchmarks of you to the point that it’s easy to feel like a failure despite your hard work. Remember your progress is your own journey. Every win means something.
