This morning, Mayor Sutcliffe held a press conference outlining the modified Lansdowne 2.0 recommendations before city councillors or the public had access to them. That’s unacceptable. Transparency and respect for Council should come before media rollouts.

Heartbroken to read that this young woman has died after being hit by a truck at Elgin and Laurier.

We need to move quickly to fix all of the most dangerous intersections in our city.

#VisionZero means not one more cyclist or pedestrian death. That is the goal we need to meet.

Canada isn’t broken. But an electoral system that lets someone spend over $2 million for a do-over after neglecting his constituents? That’s what’s broken.

We deserve better. This is #OurHomeOurRiding in #BattleRiverCrowfoot

Traffic in #Ottawa yesterday was *terrible*.

This is a natural symptom of our system's over-reliance on cars.

Car travel is least efficient mode for throughput. An efficient transportation system provides safe and connected travel through sustainable modes.

Pierre Poilievre is an unelected individual still living at Stornaway house in Ottawa on the Canadian taxpayer dime. He has no constituents and quite frankly he shouldn’t be given any oxygen by the media. #NeverPoilievre

It has taken me a long time to figure out why the #OCTranspo New Ways to Bus logo makes me uneasy. Today, I got it. The logo shows that the fastest way between A and B is to walk. The bus / train lines shown are not used.

I guess it is often a true #Ottawa trip route. #OttPoli

Moffatt: Zombies, fairies and dragons in Ottawa’s new transportation plan
This fantasy document won't solve our traffic problems. But other cities have found a way to slay bottlenecks.
