Zakir. I cannot be silent. You don’t even know what you’re planning to cut. Who benefits? Homeowners? Avg will save 24 bucks a month. No regard for voters. We should know what we are getting. Vast majority say we will pay because we care. Only people who benefit are ultra rich.Mayor asks him to slow
