I think you have hit rock bottom as a leader/political party when people are getting a disease in your province (SK) that was eradicated at the turn of the Century.
I honestly don’t know how anyone in a position of power or authority can look at this (and an outbreak of SCURVY) and be all, “eh, that problem will solve itself; we don’t even want safe injection sites, shelters, and free housing. That’s bad for biznizz.”
