Midnight Cowboy was so much more queer than I was expecting, both content-wise & formally. I always thought it was like Easy Rider or something. Pandora’s Box was incredible, loved its proto-noir final act. Anger was so fun w/magickal collage. Companion — started out fun, then became a bit of a slog

I’m glad I finally got around to watching Hiroshima mon amour — love Resnais’ use of flashbacks and Duras’ screenplay.
