All my cloud services (over 20) run for €10, if you stay away from the typical hyperscale cloud providers and platform-as-a-service offerings you will save a lot and will have way more room to work with

If you go with Hetzner you can run the entire stack with several active users for €3.79/mo with ample resources to spare. If you need more storage, you can either throw in an S3 offering of your pick for cheap, or use a Hetzner storage box mounted to your server that has 1TB for €3.20/mo
