Robinhood, OpenAI, SpaceX, the media, the regulators. Everyone’s suddenly talking about tokenization.

But the convo is focused on “tokenized stocks.” Everyone’s missing 90% of the context.

I unpacked it. What did I miss?

#Stablecoins101: the Good, the Bad, the Misleading.

#Stablecoins are everywhere: Congress, Trump, Wall Street. But what are they really, and should you care?

Breaking down why most are sus, why it’s so noisy, and why it all still matters.

Just dropped a 🎥: When @npr.org Gets Crypto Wrong, the Cost Isn’t a Mulligan, It’s GenZ

The point is that this is more than crypto.

It’s about the high cost to trusted journalism when MSM covers topics young people actually get, and the media gets it grossly wrong.

In 2020, young men backed Biden. In 2024, they swung 30 points to Trump.

#Crypto didn’t cause it, but explains it.

Dems shouldn’t embrace BigCrypto. But they do need to stop thinking crypto=Trump. And learn the tech if they want to win in 2026.

Been talking a lot about how crypto’s become a bellwether for our political dysfunction.

The recent SEC confirmation hearing was a perfect example:
– Both parties are broken
– China discourse is incoherent
– Congress = crypto soundbytes, not crypto policy

Here’s my 5-minute breakdown.

⚖️ Each day, we read about the SEC dropping another crypto lawsuit, and crypto companies taking victory laps. ✌️

As someone who is former SEC and formerly at one of these #BigCrypto companies, felt like a lot of context was missing. So I created a quick video to break it down.🍿 youtu.be/VF3klva_CmM

All the Natl Security v Free Speech discussion on the #TikTokBan feels like it’s missing the point.

Why aren’t we talking about how to stop the bots and digital IDs? #BigTech has us spinning our wheels on this academic issue.

Did you know that 97% of TikTok’s engagement is bot-driven?

I was in high school when Sen Feinstein became our senator. CA has always had a female senator in my adult life. When I was just a kid learning about government and Founding Fathers, I didn’t know that was possible.

Thank you for so very much, Sen Feinstein. ❤️🇺🇸🌉

A trailblazer for women in politics, she led the Intelligence Committee and helped mold the federal bench. Amid health setbacks, she faced calls to resign.

“Is he going to throw the entire industry under the bus?” That may not fly in a court of law, but it could absolutely damage public perception of crypto at large.

Even with govt shutdown, SBF trial is going to have a lot to unpack.

Doubling-down on my earlier sentiment that crypto lawyers are the real winners in yesterday’s SEC v Ripple decision.

Loved chatting with Ben for his SF Examiner article on the decision. Highlights how much is unsettled despite the decision. A lot of ink and a lot of billable hours still to come.

What will you do this 4th, after SCOTUS has made a complete mockery of the rule of law?

I’m going to read the Gettysburg Address to my kiddo. Remind him that those 10 sentences mean more than any trash opinions by those 6 f*cks.

My kiddo may only be 4, but it’s not too early for hope and change.
