I’ve never been complemented more for anything than I am for my personality. (Often enough to pat attn.) And it always frustrates me that I have not translated that into capital. Then I shake myself bc eew. But the trap of capitalism still persists.

My reflex to discomfort is to find joy. There is so little to be found and it’s so fucking hard to hold onto in the onslaught of everything. Then I tend to go to work. But how to even begin to work against *gestures wildly*? I promise not to dwell in despair, but goodness.
