TIL there was an EO issued to keep states from regulating AI. Supposedly they’re “curtailing AI innovation or being burdensome”. Amazing since AI just steals work and data anyway. They’re so concerned with “stated rights” though right?

I cannot believe this is the country in which we live. Just when it seems like it can’t get worse, or even more weird, we’re hit with some new bullshit.

I miss the Christmas lights from when I was young. I don’t know if it’s LED lights, if they’re all made with more neon colors now, a combination of, or something else, but they are so garish. 😭

I’ve been so confused about what makes the big orange man think that there’s any possibility of a peace prize and now I get it, he thinks pretending he was involved in a possible treaty is his ticket. I mean I don’t think the committee will look at that and ignore the stuff he’s doing stateside

So pissed that my friend spoiled the white locust thing 2 days before it aired because SHE watches some YT channel where they discuss the live feeds. *After* I told her weeks ago I didn’t want spoilers and didn’t read her texts for a few days afterward in case she’d included one. 🤬 #bb27
