Hurrah! The sun is out at a weekend, so I went out for a bimble to Rainham to test out my "new" bike and position. It was fab. I haven't done a longer weekend ride since London to Brighton what with one thing and another....

I spent pretty much all day at work peopling. I do not love peopling. I like it in short bursts with quietude in between. I was exhausted by lunchtime and then had to spent the best part of 3 hours in meetings.
I am completely wiped out. I need about 3 days off.

I meant unmarked but clearly that word was a bridge too far. (I am very tired after a too short sleep)

I got the promotion at work I was going for. The application process has been absolutely horrific and I hated every second of it. I am thrilled and relieved to have got through it. Yay me! (I have been bouncing about like an idiot since I got the news)
