Then you should try one that DOES exist! May I present, for your mental & culinary health, the Muffaletta Sandwich from New Orleans. It's basically aged Italian meats and cheeses with a spicy olive relish on a big piece of Italian bread. It originated at the Sicilian "Central Grocery."
