I think there's an ovetemphasis on "achievability" that only really exists in hindsight.

They were actually monumental shifts that were hard fought not for "achievability" but for justice.

The bill of rights is a list of things that *the government* cannot infringe upon.

Yes, under bad faith interpretation, that could restrict federal abortion funding.

Codify abortion as a human right (e.g. codify Roe). Problem solved.
