I am calling for a total and complete shutdown of New Yorkers posting cornbread recipes until we can figure out what the hell is going on. @apnews.com there are plenty of Southern cooks and chefs who know how to make cornbread. Stop asking northerners for southern recipes.

So here’s the thing. Fenrir isn’t inherently a Nazi symbol. It was a small portion of anti Soviet Nazi propaganda for a hot minute. But what IS widely known is the Nazis appropriated Norse mythology. So if I’m covering up a Nazi symbol, with a Norse character, I’d double check all of that.

This isn’t just random skull imagery like a pirate flag from Spirit Halloween . It’s a totenkopf, which was used by Hitler. It’s used by neo-Nazis in the US today. If someone tattooed a Nazi symbol on me bc I was a dumbass and didn’t know what it was, it would be covered the moment I found out.

1) There is belief the website listed the necklace as "lightening bolt." It never did. 2) Someone pulled the Midnights album, which when you put 4 variants together makes a clock on the back. The claim is flipping the clock over makes the fronts into a swastika. It doesn't.

Vacation rentals are up too. Snowbirds aren’t tourists and will never be counted as such bc they own homes or use long term rentals. What we do know is that international tourism is down but domestic tourism has increased enough to surpass what was lost. I won’t complain about fewer snowbirds, ever.

Hotel occupancy in Sarasota and surrounding counties was up in July. September and October are the slowest tourism months but sometimes you get falsely high numbers from hurricane evacuations. So July is a much more reliable month to look at. And tourism isn’t going down.

I'd like to petition to give what was once the territory of West Florida to any other state that will take it. Let's keep East Florida as Florida. Floridians often refer to the panhandle as the Alabama Annex anyway. They aren't like the rest of us.

I can’t imagine talking this condescendingly about a policy of which one is completely ignorant. Before our recycling program people would burn or bury their garbage, which is just a few feet above the aquifer. Major problem that needs policy response…
