People accuse me of lying bc I'm a historian but say I've worked in construction and disaster restoration for 15 years, also a licensed adjuster. So question... do yall think the hurricanes just skip over the historic buildings? Or is there a wizard army putting up a forcefield around the buildings?

Honestly if I hadn't gotten sick, thrown out my back, and done nothing but spend days in bed scrolling social media I probably wouldn't believe it. It sounds completely insane.

I'm almost certain of it. Every time TS posts telling people they should register to vote, the website breaks. Most of her fanbase are left leaning people anyway and between that and her endorsements of Democrats she's probably pulling in more blue votes than any other one person.

Who isn't? It typically starts with one video that gets a lot of engagement (from real accounts or fake ones, not sure) then everyone starts making their own bc they make money on the videos. I'm working on trying to run some tools to see if I can track it. This is where AI would be helpful but $$$$

Last thing... if you're not chronically online and don't even know there is discourse around Taylor Swift, this album, or now this necklace, then hear that people on the left think she's a nazi, they think you sound as crazy as MAGA. How is that helpful?

I live in that blue section in the center of Florida. We are trying to stay in that little blue dot bc our House Rep is Maxwell Frost. My husband is an immigrant and I believe he would fight for us if anything happened.

This is why I won't engage with any "red states deserve what they get" blue maga discourse. Look at those two maps. The modern south is gerrymandered and occupied against its citizenry's will and things will only get worse if the supreme court decides what we think they will.

Without Section 2, which has been interpreted to require the creation of majority-minority districts, Republicans could eliminate upward of a dozen Democratic-held districts across the South.

Republicans may not eliminate every Democratic-leaning district that they technically could (more on why later), but the party’s aggressive mid-cycle redistricting suggests they would eliminate enough to obtain a significant structural advantage. It’s not clear whether this would occur by next year’s midterm elections, with a court ruling likely next summer, but the new seats would eventually be enough to make Republicans favored to win the House even if they lost the popular vote by a wide margin.

Additionally, they're rewarded with engagement and dollars for creating the most polarizing content possible on Tiktok. That's not great either! John Aldean Jr broke out of jail during the Salem witch trials leaving a note that said "i'll return when you have regained your use of reason." It applies

And I'm not really worried about her, I'm concerned about what this does to society. We've gone from "I don't like her and think her album is shitty" to "she's a nazi." If people are just casually accusing people they don't like of being nazis, that's not a good thing for all of us.

I'm of the opinion that if Taylor Swift wanted to be a nazi, she would just be a nazi. Kind of like Kanye West. She has a billion dollars, she would just do whatever the fuck she wants to do. This is obviously some sort of campaign to attempt to ruin her reputation and reduce her fanbase.

So there are 8 lightning bolts and there are 8 points on the star (which I guess is an admission that it's not an iron cross). There are also 14 links between the lightning bolts (there aren't). So this is all one big nazi dog whistle even though nazis didn't hear it and the left did.

Then it was a shift to the star being an "iron cross" which is it CLEARLY not an iron cross. The pivot was to numerology because Taylor Swift likes plays with numbers a lot.

1) The lightning bolts. First it was that the bolts are SS bolts, when it was explained that SS bolts have 2, ALWAYS, they pivoted to "well they're packaged to display like this." Taylor Swift, first woman in history to hang a necklace in a box.

I've been down this rabbit hole for 2 days now. Each video is crazier than the last. First it was the lightning bolts, then it was a fixation on the star, then it was the number 8. Not a single video references a source. It makes the left look absolutely insane to an average person.

TikTok currently has a ton of videos claiming Taylor Swift is selling a necklace with Nazi imagery because it has lightning bolts in the chain when 1. It is very clearly referencing the chorus of the song Opalite and 2. The SS lightning bolts were not shaped like that.

The most reasonable person is a Republican that I’d think is a Dem only looking at his policies. We’ve got some great Dems in the state but running for governor without a functional state level party is political suicide. No sane person would do it.

For the entertainment of the nation, we are having our gubernatorial election next year. The only Dem is a former Republican and the front runner for the GOP is a former Democrat turned Tea Party.
