Four of them have >$10Mil in Cap space. CAR, UTA, LAK and CBJ. (Devils and NYI are capped out with <$2M).

Sure - that's a possibility. Here's Micah's latest model @hockeyviz.com - it's totally open. MTL, DET, and BUF at 11%. First round Panthers are less scary to me than 3rd round tho.
