The cloture motion on LB3, this year's "winner-take-all" bill, failed to clear the 33-vote threshold. The vote was 31-18.

#LB157 was up before the #NeLeg Revenue Committee this afternoon. LB 157 would provide a $1,000 fully refundable tax credit for families with children who are six years old or younger.
