Expanding Medicaid is essential to building a strong foundation for children’s health. With LB 283, Nebraska has the opportunity to remove barriers for children to access the quality healthcare they need.

❌ LB 509 would create a scholarship tax credit similar to LB 753, a 2023 bill that Nebraska voters made clear in November that they do not want and do not support.

✅ LB 102 seeks to review and adjust the ADC program to better support families.
✅ LB 192 would extend SNAP income eligibility level.
✅ LB 304 would eliminate the sunset provision on the expanded eligibility for the childcare subsidy program.
