That is the one I picked up, not checking for fragrance because I didn't expect it! I have their face wash, which does not have any. Last item in the list on this. Still having a reaction because fragrance really gets me :(

I can see a buyer being outraged about it, but you could always say it's necessary for the insurance claim (which, in fact, may be true)

In a collector community I'm in, one of the pre-buying options is "a photo with a note with custom text of the buyer's choice" (to prove item is in hand). It's not that wild to ask a buyer if they can add something like that to an image, especially since these tools are so bad at text.
