I love it because YOU CAN HAVE A SYSTEM. Up 1, flip 2, then when it's done you can turn it around to make a "done " line which is very satisfying and motivating for refill.

What a lovely tree! I think the overgrown topper is charming! We're skipping a tree this Xmas because I'm just learning our new boys, but we'll put up some other winter things this weekend.

My afternoon was basically today me doing a big solid for future me. I'm gonna be so thankful for me in the upcoming weeks. This solves two problems for me: produce waste and that it's so much easier for me to cook more often if the elements are already prepped/cooked. I'm happy to share more!

I didn't feel like cooking a big deal meal on Thursday, but I can't turn down a bag of cheap potatoes so I made us some 1554 beef short rib with mashed potatoes.

Made the Quincy's Tavern mushroom and gnocchi soup tonight. (With bonus broccoli that needed to get used.) Whooo. That's a beautiful, filling soup. Low energy make if you use presliced onions and mushrooms.

I caught the bags of cranberries at Costco 2 days after they were packed. So of course I made my house smell delicious and I'll put these up in the freezer. Should have plenty through Xmas.
