If you are able to avoid the news and make something today, I highly recommend it. You don't have to watch the absolute travesty taking place. It will still happen whether you watch or not, and watching it will probably hurt, so you're allowed to care for yourself instead.

It's one giant piece of paper folded up to make several pockets. The idea is that I'll hang it on the wall and fill the pockets with things that bring me joy.

I am currently experiencing the Discworld books for the first time and finding them absolutely astonishing.

I'm binging the audiobooks from the library and they are wonderful. I wasn't ready for them earlier, but damn do they hit hard right now.

You can. It'll suck, but you can. And when it's done it'll be so awesome.

P.S. It doesn't matter what size the buttons are! I'm sewing the button band shut (because four buttons do not hold a form fitting sweater nicely closed over the topography of my body), so the buttons will just be for show, not to actually use.
