I’d love to dive more into voice acting next year. I’ve done several jobs so I’m no beginner. But the VA landscape can be scary and I’d love to talk to others like me.

Union contracts are just as much about setting (and ENFORCING) standards across the industry, as they are about protecting (often unaware) talent from having those standards ignored, bypassed, or obfuscated.
It’s about looking out for EVERYONE, not just those who can afford a legal professional.

Worth noting: If this were a @sagaftra.org project and Hoyo insisted an actor sign some piece of contractual language that wasn't part of the SAG-AFTRA agreement, the actor can send it to the VO division of the union and ask them to take a look.
