I just feel like with the government's take on Gaza and the strikes happening for our medical services, things might actually be reaching a boiling point in NZ. Like, and don't think the water's boiling over quite yet, but I think it's getting closer.

Hot take! It's fine to own 25 properties and rent them out........

...... If you set up those 25 properties as a rent to buy scheme, helping those who cant afford a deposit.

Can't see ANY other reason than for your own financial benefit. Being a landlord is not a social good imo.
