Inspiring as always that we can find the time to announce the date of the next election but not tell everyone to pay attention to the news during a major weather event requiring multiple states of emergency or talk about ways for those affected to access support.

The Greens really should be putting up posters in the Australian capital cities saying "For a Home You Can Afford to Move Back To".
And, for anyone like me who is a New Zealander living overseas, if you have been back to NZ at any point in the last 3 years, you are eligible to enrol and vote in this election

(the extension of this provision to 6 years was for the 2023 election *only*)
As the date for Election 2026 has been announced (November 7), now is a good time to check if you are enrolled to vote, and to update your details if needed. vote.nz/enrolling/en... #election #decision2026 #nzPol

Netherlands should join and offer to host the first meeting at the exclusive, famous, gilded and very luxurious palace called "The Hague".
So far the "Board of Peace" is Trump, Orban, Lukaschenko and Netanyahu.

Which if you wrote in a satire would be considered too outlandish and sent back.

Fire at will in every workplace, removing remedies for unfair dismissal, and even the ability to raise a grievance if you earn over 200k… 😬
